I recently discovered Yogi Cameron and am really happy I did.  First of all what’s not to love about a 90s supermodel turned Ayurvedic practioner and Yogi… he is the real deal and what I have been enjoying are his Dosha series.  Dosha refers to the elements : ether/air, fire/water, earth/water. Vita, Pitta, Kapha.  If you go to his website you can take the Dosha quiz and see where you need balance.  I actually didn’t notice the quiz when I started doing the different videos and found that I would naturally be drawn to one over the others each morning and I assume that was my body talking to me.  Each series of about 8 or 9 postures Takes ten or fifteen minutes depending on how long you hold each posture and afterward you really feel ready to face the day. He has got a load of YouTube videos about all kinds of helpful stuff but I have put the three that I have been using below.  Give ’em a try!
